|to my Home Boys for

in Seoul, South Korea
on 24 June 2002
|Oliver Kahn at his best|
|Fritz Walter, 1921-2002|
|This page dedicated to the memory of Fritz Walter
The Captain who led the the German Team to their first ever
World Cup Win in 1954 over Hungary
|Hats off to the Korean Team. They fought bravely!
(Pictured: Woo Sang Chul)
|Michael Ballack sacrificed himself for his team:
A foul that might have saved the game but it was his second yellow card
meaning he will not be allowed to play in the finale in Yokohama.
A dream down the drain -- and a sad loss for the team!
|Oliver Kahn and Lee Woon-Jae exchanging jerseys after the game.
Two goal keepers: one happy, one sad.
If it had been anyone other than Germany playing, I really
would have liked to see Korea go on the the Finals!
There WILL Be A
(see you all in 2006!!!!!)
|Michael Ballack just scored the only goal of the game.
Lee Woon-Jae, the Korean goal keeper,
tried but couldn't stop the ball from going in the net.
